Pro Tips
Use passphrases for memorable yet strong passwords
A 4-word passphrase like 'correct-horse-battery-staple' is often stronger than a short random string and much easier to remember.
Always check your existing passwords
Use the Strength Checker to audit passwords you already use. Replace any that score below 'Strong' or show common patterns.
Use unique passwords for every account
Bulk Generate lets you create many passwords at once. Export them and store them in a password manager.
Encrypt sensitive notes before sharing
Use Encrypt to protect sensitive text with a password. Share the encrypted text safely — only someone with the password can read it.
Verify file integrity with hashes
Use the Hash Compare tab to verify that a file or text hasn't been tampered with by comparing its hash against the expected value.
