How does the meeting planner work?
Add participants with their timezones and working hours. The planner finds hours when all participants are within their working hours (the green zone).
Can I customize working hours?
Yes. Each participant can have different working hours. The default is 9 AM - 5 PM, but you can adjust start and end times individually.
What if there is no overlap?
If no overlapping hours are found, try widening working hours or consider a rotating meeting schedule.
Can I export the schedule?
Yes. You can copy the best meeting times to clipboard or export as a .ics calendar file.
